This book doesn't bore you with endless definition. It is like the author is talking to you... not like in a lecture, but like she is having a one-on-one conversation. It makes these very detailed concepts easy to understand and apply. I love the cases at the end of the chapter. You read the chapter and then read the cases and you are like, "OH!!!! THAT is what she was talking about.. very cleaver there!" I love it. Definitely 5 stars!!!
It's ethics. What more can I say? It's required information, and the content was okay. Referenced a lot of cases that you would have to look up on your own and had a decent amount of cases to reference within the text. Couldn't use the online companion site so that's an issue.
This book was used as a text book for one of my paralegal classes. I found it to be a marvelous reference. It is well written and easy to understand. This is a book that you will want to keep in your law library.
cheap, future law studies
The book gave a lot of scenarios and cases related to a specific ethical view. It was a required book and if I didn't have to read it I wouldn't.
I like the book really well and it's just what I needed for my classes this semester. The book is in great condition.
I purchased this book for my last class for my BA in legal studies, it met my every expectation and is one that I will keep for my library.
I got the book really fast, in good condition. I haven't had a chance to read it yet because we cover different material in class, for now.
