Very unclear directions on how to use numbers.
Very helpful for using the iWork applications more efficiently! Would recommend for anyone that is looking to become more proficient with iWork!
Some discriptions/instructuions aren't clear or complete.
I like every For Dummies book I've ever read. It is well written, well organized and easy to read. It highlights important areas to focus time and attention on. TIt occasionaly pauses for a review.
I bought this book because of previous experience with the "Dummies" series. However, I was disappointed with this book and wish I had stuck with the more expensive "Missing Manual" series. This book is printed on cheap paper but that really did not bother me. What I didn't like the book barely touches on numerous subjects, particularly iOS areas. I got this book to read up on storing documents (numbers & pages) on iCloud since the good old iDisk was being eliminated the end of June. The book barely covered the areas I was interested in and I ended up going to a class at the Apple Store to get the answers I thought the book would provide.
Maybe it's the lack of color or the hard to read pictures and figures, but this book doesn't work very well as a reference book -- it's a lot easier to just Google a problem
